Do you accept international orders ?
Yes! We've shipped stuff all over the place in the past, and will do in the future. Please contact us with more details or your location and your order, as it will affect the cost of shipping.
Any international orders placed without contacting us first may be subject to extra shipping added afterwards. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this!
Where's my stuff? I ordered it this morning.
We aim to provide delivery within a couple of days for all orders, however, Royal Mail often lose their way so please allow up to 14 days before complaining. It can sometimes take up to 28 days. If you have ordered any art that is part of a current exhibit then delivery times may depend of the duration of the show so please ask when ordering.
What payment methods do you accept ?
The easiest and fastest way to pay is by credit / debit card. We may also accept paypal transfers for international orders.
Can I return a product that I've bought?
We do accept returns, if you return your product within 14 days we will gladly offer a credit note, store voucher, or direct exchange. Obviously this does not apply to underwear. Unfortunately we are not able to offer cash returns.
Where can i get sizing info. for the t-shirts you sell?
T-shirt sizes vary from brand to brand, for example some of our American brands have a larger fit. Please ask for details on a specific product.
Will you please stock my product or hang my paintings on your walls?
We are always looking for new interesting items to stock, clothing, toys, accesories, artwork, anything. If you have a product that you think will cut it alongside our stock, contact us with examples and a price list / line sheet. Time wasters need not apply.
